November 18th, 2011. Leaving For Vietnam~!!!
Dinner was a simpler affair. To start off we had a Seasonal Green Salad with Spicy Coated Walnuts, Blue Cheese and Green Apple Slices with a Balsamic Dressing. Another great salad…and such vibrant colors!
I had the Beef Wonton Noodle Soup with a sides of spicy sauce and pickles and pickled radish. It was hearty, warm and a nice pick-me-up in the middle of a long flight.
Aaaaaaaand some Fresh Seasonal Fruit for a refreshing end.
